Ethical Decision Making diagram - Code of Conduct on top, then Integrity, Excellence, Accountability, and Respect surrounding Ethical Values

All UC employees are expected to conduct work in accordance with the University of California Statement of Ethical Values and Standards of ethical Conduct and are required to complete a systemwide ethics briefing every two years. However, in the meantime we offer a general briefing on ethics through the Learning Management System (LMS) to help you understand the parameters within which we all must operate as stewards of a public institution, as we, each in our own way, help to further the University’s mission of teaching, research and public service.
